Easy Baked Sweet Potato Fries
Our theory is that it’s easier to embrace a new way of life if you have nothing to give up. Instead, replace. And these fries are a perfect replacement for the trans-fatty laden fries we all were raised on. Eat them spiced or not, either way, they are a wonderful treat!

4 sweet potatoes ( washed and sliced )
sea salt – to taste
avocado oil – to taste
chipotle pepper powder – to taste
Next, bake for 18-22 minutes, depending upon how crisp you like them. Remove and cool slightly before devouring! 🙂
