I struggled with whether I should share all of this or not, but it has been such a wonderful blessing for me already and I seriously think it will help make your life even better too, no matter what you’re trying to do. I’ve been working on this a while and so far, it is one of the most amazing and motivating things I’ve done, and the results so far are amazing.

    I keep a daily much like the one you have here but one thing I added to mine recently is I must list 3 things I have grateful for ever day. I can’t even tell you how that changed my point of view when dealing with trying to get healthy. For me with diet, exercise, etc the hardest thing to change has been my mind!! Taking that time every day to give thanks for the things that have went right calms me in way nothing else can. Good Luck! I am rooting for you.
