We’re ready to put ourselves on the line (ok, our health) and that “line” is to be even more healthy! But we will be sharing EVERYTHING with you, the good, the bad, and the ugly! We’re super excited and are going to share our personal fitness & weight loss journey!!
We’ll share our goals and make commitments to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, and get in better shape!!!

    I love you and everything I learn from you! I’m 57 and I’ve exercised all my life until 7 months ago when pain in my shoulder got so bad that it began to freeze up on me. I play the fiddle in an Irish band and couldn’t play which was a terrible loss for me. I learned that I have a minor tear in a tendon at my rotator cuff. I got a shot of cortisone,been doing stretches 3 times a day, have been able to get back to my fiddle playing, and want to stay back exercising. I will stay slow and do what I can. I’m excited to follow your plan! !
